Kobe Bryant and his love/hate to the L.A. Lakers

There is no question about the superiority of the Celtics over the Lakers at the NBA Finals, but the future doesn’t look bad for an NBA team lacking talented players that could built up for a contender, and the main character who got the Lakers wondering on why they weren’t part of the finals since 2004 was Kobe Bryant.

Unsatisfaction was the word floating on Kobe’s mind after his team’s outcomes of the past few NBA basketball seasons, and even a demand for a trade came as a consequence, as he surely wanted to be part of a team that could make it with an NBA championship, the result? His regular critics over Lakers manager Mitch Kupchak and coach Phil Jackson’s choices, without forgetting about his continuous bashing on Andrew Bynum.

Hate from Lakers fans didn’t wait too long, proof of that were the booing at the opening of the 2007-08 season, and it seemed like Kobe was ready to wear a different NBA shirt, the trade talks never came to an end and Bryant never left the Lakers, and it was all for the sake of the 29 year-old All-Star, as he won his 1st. NBA MVP award and became a better team player, helping his team to end just two matches away from making it with the franchise’s 15th NBA title.

Hopefully the NBA’s all-time rivalry will still remain next season
